Initial consultation - We consult with you to learn about your industry and scope of work to determine the criteria that will be used to find your safety professional. We will discuss rates, preferred experience level of candidate, project duration, and local or non local candidate preferences.
Recruiting - Once we have identified information in our initial consultation with you, we begin to recruit, interview and screen candidates. We remain in contact with you through the recruiting process to keep you updated with potential candidates we believe will be an ideal fit for your organization.
Selection - With your approval, we make an offer to the candidate who has been determined most qualified and suited for your organization.
Background checks - Once an offer is made to the selected candidate, we will perform background checks and drug testing. All offers made are contingent upon successful completion of background checks and drug testing.
Hire and start date - Your candidate has been interviewed, approved, and passed all background checks and drug testing, and is now ready to report to your project or facility.
